Who we are

Established in 1990 and originally trading as JLB Contracting, our company has evolved and grown over the years through our reputation for delivering quality services.

In 2023 we transitioned to become Instalec Group, taking on our parent company name (Instalec Pty Ltd). This evolution reflects our capability to provide integrated services beyond electrical services including civil construction, component supply and building refurbishment works on mining sites and in remote communities. Whilst this is an exciting change, our business values and commitment to enable our team and client’s success within the industry remains unchanged.

Delivering complex projects right across the Territory

Instalec Group is a multiskilled team from business leadership to our trades, electrical and technical field teams. Our core team is familiar, inducted and has verification of competency to complex operating mining sites. We have significant onsite and operational knowledge of our client’s systems and processes relating to health, safety, quality, and environment.
